Chemical and Environmental Engineering Group

Between 2018 and 2022, he carried out his doctoral research within the INPROQUIMA group under an FPI fellowship, focusing on the development of technologies for waste treatment and valorization. During this period, he collaborated with national and international environmental companies and participated in technology transfer activities through two R&D contracts, in addition to contributing as a researcher to national and regional research projects. From 2022 to 2024, he continued his career as a postdoctoral researcher at the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), taking part in several projects related to environmental remediation. Subsequently, between 2024 and 2026, he held two competitive postdoctoral fellowships (Juan de la Cierva and UCLM Junior Researcher), conducting his research in Ciudad Real within the TEQUIMA group (Department of Chemical Engineering, University of Castilla-La Mancha) under the supervision of Manuel A. Rodrigo. During this period, he specialized in electrorefinery and the development of electrochemical technologies for advanced waste valorization.
