Lucía Sol Angeleri holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, Facultad Regional Córdoba (Argentina). During her studies, she completed a three-year research scholarship focused on agro-industrial waste valorization and gained industrial experience in the automotive (Renault), food, and metallurgical (Tenaris) sectors.
She is currently pursuing her PhD within the European UPCYCLE project (Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions, Horizon Europe), focusing on the production of Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAFs) from contaminated lignocellulosic waste through catalytic processes.
