Dr. Patricio Cano has studied Chemical Engineering and Master on Agri-Food (focus on production) at Cadiz University. Later, he carried out his PhD for 4 years at the same university. At the same time, he has collaborated on laboratory teaching (Biotechnology, Chemistry and Chemical Engineering degrees). After the PhD, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Spanish Open University in Madrid headquarters. Then, he joined UPO University in Seville as assistant professor (Environment Science degree). As well, he has collaborated as an assistant professor at the Spanish Open University in Seville headquarters (Chemistry degree). Nowadays, he has joined to King Carlos University as postdoctoral researcher. Concerning to his research, he has been focused on biogas upgrading and recovery from operational (laboratory scale), economic (CAPEX and OPEX) and environmental (life cycle assessment) point of view.
