Samuel Martínez obtained his degree in Chemistry with a diploma in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Navarra in 2013. Then, he moved to Sweden to study a master in Organic Synthesis and Medicinal Chemistry at Linköping University. For the thesis of the master, he moved to Stockholm University where he continued with my doctoral studies.
In December 2019, Samuel defended his PhD in Organic Chemistry. He is currently working as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Chemical and Environmental Engineering Group at URJC. His research deals with the synthesis and modificacion of pharmaceuticals for their incorporation in mesoporous silicon materials.
